Who I work with

My clients are typically motivated to do the work and may be going through a life transition that has brought up difficult experiences from their past. Many of my clients are empathic, hard working, and motivated women who’s life experiences have left them feeling stuck in knowing who they are or where they are going. They are ready to do the work to overcome their challenges and to look at their life through an emotional, spiritual, and somatic level.
