My therapeutic approach is based in psychodynamic and attachment theory, experiential therapy, and person centered counseling. I work from a trauma informed and nature based perspective while utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) models to assist deepening self exploration in a safe and gentle way. I approach healing with a holistic style using mindfulness and ecotherapy frameworks that prioritize the mind body connection.
