Women’s Circles, Retreats, and Group therapy

Escape into the great outdoors for deeper connection with the wildness within and around you.

Offering women’s circles throughout the year to set intentions, practice the ceremony of connection, and process our struggles together as we ground with the earth. Together we will connect through mindfulness, sharing insights, and being present with the healing aspects of our surrounding natural environment. All Women Circle sessions are $50 for weekly 1.5-2 hour sessions.

Also offering group retreats and team building events that are customizable to your needs. Allow nature to provide a space for restoration and community.

Ecotherapy retreats are a perfect way to incorporate play, personal growth, and connection while restoring ourselves in the great outdoors. Retreats range from half day in length to weekend long adventures with nature. Depending on your needs I may include a co-facilitator to deepen the experience of mindfulness, support, and movement in nature.
